General Scope of Work

General Servicing of Fan Coil Unit

This service includes cleaning of fan coil, clearing of drainage piping and checking of air-conditioning system

• Fan Coil Unit 
• • Dismantle cover and necessary parts of the fan coil unit
  • Check, clean air filter, blower and cooling coil
  • Clear drainage pipe with specialized equipment
  • Clean fan coil air filter, blower, cooling fins and dip tray 
  • Clear drainage pipe 
  • Check gas level, gas top up if necessary (extra charge) 
  • Test-run system to make sure system is in proper working condition

General Servicing of Condenser Unit: 

• Condenser Unit 
• Check compressor suction, discharge pressure
• condenser coil thermostat
• operation of the condenser fan motor and fan bearing 
• Clean condenser coil  
• Grease fan bearing  
• Gas top up if necessary (extra charge)

Maintenance Contract (3X or 4X yearly):

This service includes cleaning of fan coil, condenser, clearing of drainage piping and checking air-conditioning system on periodic intervals.
